Your data, in plain words.

What this site collects, why, where it goes, and how to ask us about it. Last updated 24 October 2026.

Who we are

Nativewise is a hands-on AI growth agency based in British Columbia, Canada, and this site, nativewise.ai, is ours. Questions about anything on this page can be sent through the contact page.

What we collect, and why

Proposal and waitlist forms

When you request a proposal, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, and message, plus your company, phone, website, and the services you tick if you add them. The waitlist form takes your email only. Each submission is delivered to our inbox as an email through Resend, an email delivery service, with your address set as the reply-to so we can answer you directly. Nothing from these forms is stored in a database on this site: the email in our inbox is the record, kept for as long as we are in conversation with you or working together.

Analytics

We use PostHog to count visits and see which pages people read. It runs in cookieless mode: it sets no cookies and stores no identifier in your browser, so a returning visitor is counted as a new one. We see page views, the page you came from, and the kind of browser and device you use, never your name or email. To turn analytics off in your browser, open nativewise.ai/?analytics=off once; nativewise.ai/?analytics=on turns it back on.

Hosting and request logs

The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps standard request logs (the address requested, the time, your IP address and browser) for a short period, for security and operations. When you submit a form, Vercel's bot check runs briefly in your browser to tell people from automated scripts; it is not used to track you across sites.

Content, images and fonts

Page content and images are stored in Sanity, our content system, and images load from Sanity's content delivery network. Fonts are served from this site's own domain, so no request goes to a fonts provider.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies for visitors. Two small preferences live in your browser's local storage and never leave it: your light or dark theme choice, and the analytics opt-out flag described above. Editors who preview unpublished content from our content system receive a draft-mode cookie; ordinary visitors never do.

Who processes data on our behalf

  • Vercel: hosting, request logs, the bot check
  • Sanity: content and image storage
  • PostHog: cookieless analytics
  • Resend: delivery of form submissions to our inbox

Each runs on servers outside Canada, mainly in the United States. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions stay in our inbox for as long as we are in conversation with you or working together, and are deleted when you ask us to. Analytics data holds no identifier that could be tied back to you. Host logs are kept by Vercel for a short, fixed period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will answer within a reasonable time. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act) governs how we handle personal information. To make a request, use the contact page.
