# A website operating system built to get you found, chosen, and booked.

Built so Google and AI assistants can read and quote it, buyers can compare it, and customers can book from it. A site that pays for itself, not a prettier brochure.

**Sound familiar?**

## Signs your website is the leak

- **People visit, then call someone else.** _(The business)_
What the build changes: One obvious next step on every page, and forms that go somewhere.
- **A copy change is a ticket to a developer.** _(Editors)_
What the build changes: Your editors make the change and publish it themselves, with a live preview.
- **You rank for your own name, and AI assistants recommend your competitors.** _(Found)_
What the build changes: Answer-shaped pages both kinds of search can read, index, and quote. Getting picked is the retainer's work.
- **You decided to go AI native. Your site can't take part.** _(AI)_
What the build changes: Structured content is the prerequisite. The build is step one of the roadmap.
- **Nobody can say what the site earned last quarter.** _(The business)_
What the build changes: Analytics, Search Console, and bookings wired at launch, with a baseline recorded.

Even one of these is usually costing you work. The audit says how much, and what to fix first.

**What it does**

## Three jobs, one site

### Found

**Eligible in Google and in AI answers.**

Structured content, technical SEO, and answer-shaped pages, so both kinds of search can read and quote you.

### Chosen

**When a buyer compares three tabs.**

Yours makes the case: clear positioning, fast pages, no jargon, and one obvious next step on every page.

### Booked

**Visits that turn into bookings.**

Traffic that doesn't convert is just a prettier report. Booking flows and forms that go somewhere ship in the build.

**Built AI-native**

## Built AI-native, not AI-garnished

The site runs on structured content: every service, case study, and answer is data, not a blob in a page. That's why AI systems can read the site cleanly today, and why your website becomes step one of your AI roadmap, even if step two waits a year.

- **For your editors:** Change copy, add pages, and publish by asking. Hard to break, no ticket.
- **For the business:** Every fact lives in one place. Update it once and it powers everything, with no platform tax.
- **For your AI roadmap:** AI assistants retrieve the truth from your site today, and agents can act on it when you are ready.

**Why Sanity**

## Built once. Everything after is an addition.

**The Growth Website Build**: Built once · ships complete · yours

**From day one**

- **Your team edits without fear.** _(Editors)_
Real-time editing with visual preview. Hard to break, no ticket.
- **No platform tax.** _(The business)_
No plugin roulette, no version-upgrade weekends. Speed from code you own.

**Any week**

- **New pages are additions, not rebuilds.** _(Content ops)_
Location, service, and comparison pages assembled from content you already have.
- **AI drafts, your editor approves.** _(Content ops)_
Structured content is what makes AI-drafted pages safe to publish.

**As you grow**

- **Automations plug into content, not code.** _(Automations)_
AI assistants read the same store today; agents can act on it when you're ready.
- **SEO & AEO growth has rails to run on.** _(Retainers)_
The Growth retainer publishes into the structure the build ships. That's what compounds.

**And after that**: Whatever comes next. The foundation is what makes the next step cheap.

**The build**

## What's in the build

- **Brand, shipped as a system.** Logo, color, type, delivered as design tokens, so every future page stays on-brand.
- **A Sanity CMS your team can actually edit.** Structured content, visual editing, no developer needed for a Tuesday copy change.
- **Search and AI-readiness foundations.** Built so Google and AI assistants can read, index, and quote it. Getting picked is work that starts after launch.
- **Launch pages written answer-shaped.** Home, services, about, contact, each service page with its FAQ, answering what buyers actually ask.
- **Performance as a feature.** Core Web Vitals passing at launch, measured. Speed is a ranking and a conversion factor, not a trophy score.
- **Conversion and booking built in.** Booking flows, forms that go somewhere, and a reason to click on every page.

**Also in the build:** Launch imagery and video, editors trained, documentation written, full ownership. Nothing here needs us to keep running.

**Quoted separately:** A starter content set (first location pages, first articles) so the site isn't thin on day one.

**Not in the build:** New pages after launch, programmatic pages, content refreshes, keyword or prompt tracking, citation monitoring, review work. That is the Growth retainer's job.

**How it works**

## Start with a free call, not a contract.

1. **Call** — Thirty minutes, free. You talk, we ask questions, and we both find out whether there's something worth building.
_You leave with: A straight answer: worth building, or not._
2. **Audit** — We go through your current site and rank what we find by return: what's leaking, what's worth keeping, what the rankings say.
_You leave with: A proposal, ROI-ranked. Not a pitch._
3. **Build** — Fixed scope, fixed price, weekly updates. You always know what's shipping and when.
_You leave with: A website operating system, launched and measured._
4. **Run** — Optional. We stay on to keep it working and keep it growing, or take the keys; everything is yours either way.
_You leave with: A system that keeps running. Yours either way._

Every project matures into a system that runs.

**After launch**

## After launch: keep it healthy, or make it compound

The build makes the site eligible to be found and cited; the work that gets it found and cited happens month over month.

### Tier 01 · Maintenance

**Keeps the site healthy.**

Upgrades, monitoring, incident response, and small changes on a fixed monthly fee, so the site stays fast and current without you thinking about it.

### Tier 02 · Growth

**Makes it compound.**

Everything in Maintenance, plus the monthly work that makes a site compound: tracking, content against the gaps it finds, and new pages.

Neither is required. Every build ships complete and yours.

**Before you call**

## The questions every owner asks.

### Will the site rank in Google or show up in ChatGPT once it launches?

Not on its own, and no build can promise that. What the build delivers is eligibility: every page is built so Google and AI assistants can read, index, and quote it from day one, with the foundations (metadata, structured data, sitemap, crawler policy, Business Profile) in place and a Search Console baseline recorded. Rankings and citations come from what gets published and refreshed after launch, and from who mentions you. That is the [Growth retainer](https://nativewise.ai/growth-website-retainers)'s job, or your team's with the CMS we hand over.

### Can we keep our current brand?

Yes. If the brand works, we systematize it (tokens, usage rules) rather than redo it. The audit will say plainly if we think it's costing you.

### What is AEO and do we really need it?

Answer Engine Optimization: being the answer an AI assistant gives when a buyer asks it who to hire. The channel is real: 45% of consumers now use AI to find local business recommendations, up from 6% a year earlier (BrightLocal, 2026), and Semrush found AI-search visitors convert at up to 4.4× the rate of traditional organic. AEO has two parts. The build handles the structural one: pages AI assistants can read, index, and quote. The part that gets you quoted, content and brand mentions and refreshes over time, is monthly work. The [Growth retainer](https://nativewise.ai/growth-website-retainers) does it; the build cannot deliver it on launch day.

### Why Sanity and not WordPress?

Structured content, real-time editing, and no plugin roulette. Your content becomes data that future automations and AI assistants can work with. And your team edits without fear of breaking the site.

### Do we need a developer after launch?

For day-to-day content, no: your editors change copy, add pages from the page builder, and publish. For structural changes (a new content type, a new integration), yes, the same as any CMS. [Maintenance](https://nativewise.ai/growth-website-retainers) covers that if you keep us on; any Sanity developer can if you don't.

### We're on WordPress now. What happens to our content?

It moves with you. Content migration is its own service, [Sanity Migration](https://nativewise.ai/sanity-migration): URL-for-URL mapping, redirects for everything that moves, and rankings watched through launch. Pair it with the build, or run it on its own.
